That depends on the length of your audio-file and the amount of orders we are processing currently. As a rough estimate calculate with 10 minutes for every 60 seconds of your audio. But it can be longer when we are at our capacity limit. If you waited a long time and feel that your video should already be finished please contact us.
We have a limit of 20 minutes for videos. If your audio is longer than that it will be cut. Longer videos (up to 10 hours) are possible, contact us for details.
By default we provide you with videos in Full HD (1080p) quality with 30 frames per second. If you whish for 4k resolution or 60 fps just contact us.
Color accuracy is problematic since every screen displays colors differently unless calibrated. We only use calibrated screens internally and test many devices before launching a template. However if your are not satisfied, we will gladly help to resolve your issue and refund your credits. Just get in touch with us.

Yes! The resulting video is yours forever. However you will need to contact us if you intend to resell the video.
After processing your order, we immediately delete your audio-files from our servers. The video will be stored for up to seven days for your to download, after which it too will be deleted.
We store the Video for seven days. In that time you can use the provided link to download it as often as you like. After that time we will remove the video from our servers.
Your data is only used to complete the order you made on our website. We do not collect, analyse or sell your data.
